Usage Tip:
Always start sharpening with honing, or the finest grit. Test to see if honing produces a sharp edge. If not, sharpen with a coarser grit and finish with honing. This method prolongs the sharpener’s lifespan while preventing excessive wear on your knives.
You can test a knife's sharpness with the paper test. Slice a strip from the edge of an A4 sheet at approximately a 45-degree angle to the paper. Cut with a smooth motion along the entire length of the blade. If the knife cuts through the paper smoothly, it is sharp!
