Fjällräven Abisko View 2 Tent
The Fjällräven Abisko View 2 tent is a freestanding three-season tent featuring outstanding ventilation optimized for the warmer summer months. The vestibules can be entirely rolled up on both sides of the tent, allowing you to take in the scenery from within while keeping insects out. The outer tent has high ventilation openings enabling better airflow. The entrances can be fully opened in warm, dry conditions, letting you enjoy the view through the mesh netting. The doors can also be secured in a partially open position if desired. The inner and outer tents are attached together and supported by two tent poles that cross each other, making the inner tent freestanding, while the vestibules are supported by guy lines and tent pegs. Six Dyneema guy lines securely fasten the tent to the ground. With two entrances and two vestibules, organizing gear in the tent is easy, and in windy weather, you can use the weather-protected entrance. The vertical walls create a spacious feel in the inner tent. It includes a clothesline and six storage pockets for bottles, flashlights, clothing, etc., as well as attachment points for a Gear Loft (accessory). The outer tent is made from Fjällräven's new high-quality TripleRip nylon, which has an innovative construction combining two different thicknesses of fabric — 20 denier on the upper section and 40 denier below, where abrasion is greatest. This ensures the tent is highly durable despite its lightweight design. Like other Fjällräven tents, the Abisko View 2 is PVC-free and treated for fire resistance. It also features a fluorocarbon-free treatment.
