Fjällräven Abisko View 2 Tent
The Fjällräven Abisko View 2 tent is a free-standing three-season shelter designed with outstanding ventilation perfect for warmer summer months. The vestibules can be completely rolled up on both sides of the tent, enabling you to enjoy stunning views from inside while keeping insects outside. Ventilation openings are positioned high on the outer tent, allowing for better airflow. The entrances can be fully opened in warm and dry conditions, letting you admire nature through the mosquito netting. Doors can also be secured in a partially-open position if desired. The inner and outer tents are attached to each other, supported by two cross-structured tent poles. This design makes the inner tent self-standing, while the vestibules are supported with storm lines and tent pegs. Six Dyneema storm lines secure the tent firmly to the ground. With two entrance doors and two vestibules, organizing gear inside the tent is easy, and you can use the leeward side for entry during windy weather. Vertical walls create a spacious interior. Inside, there’s a clothesline and six storage pockets for bottles, flashlights, clothing, and more, along with attachment points for a Gear Loft (available as an accessory). The outer tent is made from Fjällräven's new high-quality TripleRip nylon, featuring an innovative design that combines two different fabric thicknesses - 20 denier on the top and 40 denier on the bottom, where abrasion is greatest. This makes the tent exceptionally durable while remaining lightweight. Like other Fjällräven tents, the Abisko View 2 does not contain PVC plastic and is free from harmful fire-retardant chemicals, also featuring a fluorocarbon-free treatment.
