The Kånken was originally launched to address students' back problems. Its simple yet ingenious design evenly distributes the weight across both shoulders, effectively preventing back and shoulder pain. Over the decades, the popularity of the "fox backpack" has only grown, showing no signs of fading. The backpack is made from G-1000 HeavyDuty S material, while retaining many characteristics of the original Kånken backpack.
Kånken is easy to fill and empty - the square-shaped backpack features a spacious main compartment with a generous 16 liters capacity, making it easy to pack and unpack thanks to the large zippered opening. The narrow but deep side pockets are perfect for storing a phone, charger, small items, or even a water bottle and umbrella. Additionally, there is a separate zippered pocket on the front.
The backpack comes equipped with a PE foam seat pad that fits into a dedicated inner pocket against your back, preventing the contents from digging into your back. At the top, there are carry handles, a front reflector logo, and an internal name tag in the main pocket. The narrow yet carefully designed shoulder straps evenly distribute the weight on your shoulders. These straps are easy to adjust for a customized fit.

Note! Water and dry cleaning are prohibited for Kånken backpack care. Each Graphics backpack's appearance may slightly vary due to the patterned material.
Whatever you decide to do, do not put the Kånken in the washing machine. Instead, clean the dirty areas using lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft brush or sponge. It’s best to dry the Kånken by hanging it in a well-ventilated area and away from direct sunlight. Also, do not leave the Kånken in direct sunlight as the color may fade. The Kånken prefers shade or less intense sunlight. Strongly colored dyes might release a bit of color when wet.
