Kånken was introduced to the market to solve school children’s back problems. Thanks to its simple yet ingenious design, the backpack evenly distributes weight over both shoulders, effectively preventing back and shoulder pain. Over the past decades, the popularity of the "fox backpack" has only grown with no end in sight.
Forget backpacks that last a year or two in use. The Kånken is made of durable and lightweight Vinylon F fabric that resists moisture in winter slush and summer downpours. However, it should be noted that it is not completely waterproof or water-resistant. Even so, professional photographers trust this backpack so much that they carry thousands of euros worth of camera gear inside. Kånken places special emphasis on the quality of the zippers used in the backpack, which are covered with fabric to keep moisture out.
Kånken is easy to pack and unpack - The square-shaped backpack has a spacious 16-liter main compartment, which is easily packed and unpacked thanks to its large zippered opening. The narrow yet deep side pockets are perfect for storing your phone, phone charger, small items, or even a water bottle and an umbrella. There is also a separate zippered pocket on the front.
The backpack comes with a PE foam seat pad that fits into a pocket against the back, preventing the contents of the backpack from pressing against your back. At the top, there are carrying handles, and on the front, a reflective logo with a name tag inside the main compartment. Thanks to the narrow but carefully designed shoulder straps, the backpack distributes the weight evenly on your shoulders. The shoulder straps are easily adjustable to fit the user comfortably.

Note! Water and dry cleaning are prohibited for Kånken backpack care.
Whatever you decide to do, do not place Kånken in the washing machine. Instead, clean dirty spots with lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft brush or sponge. Kånken should be dried by hanging it in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Do not leave Kånken in direct sunlight either. Color may fade. Kånken prefers shade or less intense sunlight. Strongly colored fabrics may lose some dye when wet.
