- Ergonomic school backpack
Originally introduced to tackle the back issues of students, the Kånken features a simple yet ingenious design that evenly distributes weight across both shoulders, effectively preventing back and shoulder pain. Over the decades, the popularity of the "Fox Backpack" has only increased, and it shows no signs of waning.
Forget backpacks that last a year or two. The Kånken is made from durable and lightweight Vinylon F fabric, which repels moisture in winter slush and summer downpours. However, while it’s not completely waterproof or weatherproof, professional photographers trust this backpack enough to carry multi-thousand euro worth of camera gear in it. Kånken pays special attention to the quality of the zippers used in the backpack, which are covered by fabric.
The Kånken is easy to fill and empty - the square-shaped backpack features a spacious 16-liter main compartment that’s easy to pack and unpack thanks to its large zippered opening. The narrow yet deep side pockets are perfect for storing a phone, phone charger, small items, or even a water bottle and umbrella. There’s also a separate zippered pocket on the front.
The backpack includes a PE foam seat pad that fits into an inner pocket against the back, preventing the contents of the pack from pressing uncomfortably against the back. There are carry handles at the top, a reflective logo on the front, and a name label inside the main compartment. Thanks to the narrow but thoughtfully designed shoulder straps, the backpack evenly distributes the weight across the shoulders. The shoulder straps are easy to adjust for a perfect fit.
The Kånken can serve dozens of different purposes! Whether you are walking through a crowd, biking through hilly terrain, hiking in nature, hanging out with friends, or using Kånken as a school or work backpack.

Note! Water and dry cleaning are prohibited when caring for Kånken backpacks.
If you decide to clean it, do not put the Kånken in the washing machine. Instead, wash dirty spots with lukewarm water, a mild detergent, and a soft brush or sponge. It’s best to dry the Kånken by hanging it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Do not leave the Kånken in direct sunlight for too long as color may fade. The Kånken prefers shade or indirect sunlight. Strongly dyed colors may bleed slightly when wet.
