It opens and operates like a real shotgun, and you can load the "chambers" with toy cartridges (includes 3 pieces), which can have caps inserted to create a popping sound when fired. The only requirement for returns is that the items must be unused and in their sellable packaging. For example, clothing can be tried on, but please do not remove any tags from the garments.
