Diamond sharpening rod is ideally suited for sharpening Marttiini kitchen knives and filleting knives.
We recommend this sharpener for sharpening stainless chrome steel. The diamond particles embedded in the sharpener make sharpening your knife simple and effortless. It features a convenient hanging loop at the end of the handle. Clean and dry the sharpener after use.

Sharpen Correctly
Gently pull the knife blade against the sharpening rod at the correct angle across the entire length of the blade. Repeat the same action on the other side of the knife blade. Perform these movements a total of 3-5 times.
Repeat the same on the opposite side.
If you are unfamiliar with sharpening, a helpful tip for finding the right sharpening angle is to color the area to be sharpened with a marker. This will clearly show you where the diamonds make contact with the blade.
