The new, super-flexible blade of the Marttiini Filetti Classic Superflex makes fish filleting smoother than ever.
This classic filleting knife has been redesigned to enhance both appearance and performance. The handle is crafted from heat-treated Finnish birch and protected with wax. The laser-etched patterns on the surface provide excellent grip for confident handling. Included is a brown leather sheath.
