Replacement Product Service

In today's production environment, sometimes so-called "Monday products" occur. Often, these items are blocked during quality control in production, but occasionally some items reach the sales stage. It is unfortunate for the consumer to receive a product that does not function as expected, requiring a return to the point of purchase due to a manufacturing or material defect. In the worst cases, this can take weeks, potentially causing the already short hunting season to be missed. For this reason, we offer consumers The Replacement Product Service.

The Replacement Product Service provides consumers with a replacement item during warranty verification, ensuring that the short season isn't wasted. The service includes the delivery of the replacement product to the nearest Matkahuolto service point and back. Any firearms are delivered directly to the customer's home.

The Replacement Product Service applies only to specifically mentioned products. It is not meant to provide the customer with an identical product, but rather a basic-level item that enables them to continue their hobby. Our replacement products include items from the following manufacturers: Sako, Beretta, Meopta, Zeiss, Nikko Stirling, Genzo, Lafayette. We carry the best-selling models and calibers. There is a limited supply of rifle calibers, so if we need to provide a firearm of a different caliber, we can also deliver the corresponding ammunition, should the customer desire it. In such cases, you only pay for the used ammunition based on consumption.

The Replacement Product Service is free for specified products for one year. If desired, the customer can extend the service for products with longer warranty periods for an additional fee of €40 per year. The service cannot be extended beyond the warranty period granted by the manufacturer or importer. When purchasing additional years of the service, please provide information in the shopping cart's additional details section regarding which product the service is being purchased for.

If a customer wishes to send a product for warranty maintenance while receiving a replacement item, they must contact our customer service before sending the product. Replacement product cases will always be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best customer experience.
