VFG cleaning rod 220 mm is a domestic cleaning rod suitable for calibers 22 - 12, making it perfect for handguns as well. The one-piece rod has a diameter of 5mm. The rod is supplied with a detachable adapter compatible with VFG wool plugs. Below the adapter, there is a standard EU rod thread for brushes. The raw material is stainless steel, softer than firearm barrels, preventing corrosion unlike aluminum or brass rods. Additionally, the smooth surface of the rod does not attract abrasive particles or carbon residues, unlike plastic-coated rods. Thanks to its ball-bearing design, the easily rotating rod section allows VFG wool plugs and cleaning brushes to closely follow the barrel's rifling, ensuring effective and rapid barrel cleaning. The durable and comfortably sized anodized aluminum handle is shatterproof, including the adapter.
