Delivery Terms
The customer must be a private individual aged 18 or older, organization, or a company.
All prices include VAT and no hidden fees are added.
We always aim for the fastest possible delivery. We will contact you via email as soon as possible if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than usual. Products have a 14-day return policy, return costs for the package are paid by the customer.
Delivery costs are shown in the shopping cart. Orders under €80 will include a small delivery surcharge (€7.95).

Delivery Methods
Matkahuolto Parcel
Parcels are delivered to the nearest pick-up point chosen determined by the recipient’s address. The maximum weight for Matkahuolto parcel is 20 kg.
Posti parcel
Pick up your order from your nearest post office. Instructions will be sent via SMS when the package arrives. Maximum weight for Posti's pick-up parcel is 20 kg.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your purchases using Klarna Checkout or Paytrail payment services. The choice can be made in the shopping cart:

Klarna Checkout Payment Service
Klarna Checkout allows you to shop easily, flexibly, and securely online. The payment method is optimized for mobile devices, making it convenient to shop via phone or tablet. By answering a few questions in the shopping cart, you will be identified and can choose the payment method that suits you best. Available options may include Klarna invoice, Klarna installment, card payment, or bank transfer. To shop using Klarna invoice or installment, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you’ve used Klarna Checkout before, don’t be surprised if your details are pre-filled after entering your email and postal code during checkout. Always double-check your customer information!

Paytrail Payment Service
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payment recipient on your statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier directly.

Returns
Products have a 14-day return right. Returned items must be unused and in saleable packaging. Include a cover note with your order details and reason for the return or exchange. For exchanges, it’s wise to contact our store so we can reserve the correct product in advance.
If an incorrect or faulty product is delivered, please report this immediately to our customer service by email at sissos@sissos.net or by phone +358 44 5155056. Report any transport damage (photo + order details) immediately or within three days of delivery. Customer service is available on weekdays 11:00–16:00.
Cancellation Notice. If you return the product without picking it up, you can cancel by sending an email to sissos@sissos.net.
If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/).
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory service (https://www.kkv.fi/en/).
