Insect Shield insect protection treatment
This garment is treated with Insect Shield® technology, providing protection against insects. The active ingredient is Permethrin. When Permethrin is bonded to the fabric through the Insect Shield method, it adheres securely, without washing away. No insect repellent product, including Insect Shield, can guarantee complete protection against insect bites.
- Protects against mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, and gnats
- The method is the result of extensive research and field testing over several years
- Lasts through approximately 70 washes
NOTE: Do not dry clean, as this may remove the active ingredient. Do not treat again with other Permethrin-based products. Use only for its intended purpose. Do not use the product contrary to the product label instructions. At the end of its lifecycle, the product may be disposed of as regular waste. Permethrin may cause skin sensitivity.
